There is such a huge emphasis in the industry to recruit recruit recruit.  Likewise the attrition rate is very high.  Statistics show that it costs 6 times as much to get a new customer.  It is easier to keep an existing customer happy.  You know the old saying when we find something we like, we will tell 3 people.  But when we find something we don't like, we will tell 10 people.
